Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn role-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with external customers and internal departments by phone and email.
• Identify rental needs and provide quotes and availability to customers and internal teams.
• Create Rental and Total Maintenance and Repair Contracts; maintain documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling of rental equipment maintenance and preparation with service.
• Arrange delivery and pickup of rental equipment and log data in systems.
• Communicate with branches about off-rent equipment.
• Maintain data on Transfer Boards, Rental Release Logs, and Equipsoft.
