Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in office admin and customer service is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and basic data entry is needed.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and rental processing for CAT and non-CAT equipment.
• Maintain rental records and contract documentation.
• Assist customers with equipment options and rental terms.
• Support Fleet Sales Admin with rental, credit, and sales documents.
