Job summary

Wiese is seeking a dedicated customer service coordinator to support the full rental process for forklifts and material handling equipment in our Baltimore office. You will help customers select equipment, arrange transportation, and manage invoicing while maintaining Excel spreadsheets and generating reports.

This fast-paced, in-office role requires top organization, teamwork, and adherence to safety and company values.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a customer service-related position.
• Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel, with fast data entry.
• Highly organized, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Pre-employment screening and E-Verify are required for any position offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in determining what type/size of equipment is best for the job.
• Arrange transportation for the equipment and coordinate delivery logistics.
• Invoicing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets for reports and records.
• Support rental operations and maintain accurate documentation.
