Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Rental Coordinator for Wagner CAT Rentals (Sales) in Colorado. You will assist customers in selecting the right equipment, process rental documents, and coordinate daily rental transactions to reflect the company’s One Professional Team vision.

The role involves high attention to detail, data entry, and strong communication with branches and customers. Requires 1+ year of admin/clerical and customer service experience; heavy equipment familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience, preferably in a heavy equipment environment, with customer service responsibilities.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 1+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Invoices CAT and non-CAT rentals, damage charges, and demos.
• Process AG, Caterpillar, and non-CAT rentals and invoices.
• Maintain records on all rental equipment transferred or sold.
• Apply applicable taxes to invoices.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of rental, credit, and sales documents.
• Input lost-sales rental data into the system.
• Use DBS to manage reservations, contracts, and transfers.
• Handle overdue contracts and expired reservations.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving with yard personnel.
• Complete rental transactions and assist customers with options.
