Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Rental Coordinator to assist customers in selecting equipment and coordinating daily rental transactions. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy with invoicing, and supporting fleet administration.

You will process rental documents, maintain equipment records, and help customers with questions on invoicing and account details. A high school diploma is required, with potential for growth in heavy equipment operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1 year experience, preferably in a heavy equipment environment with customer service.
• Experience in administration and office duties is expected.

Responsibilities

• Invoices Caterpillar and non-CAT rentals, damage charges, and demos.
• Process AG, Caterpillar, and non-CAT rentals and invoices accurately.
• Maintain records on rental equipment and inventory transfers.
• Apply applicable taxes to invoices and review shipping documents for accuracy.
• Assist Fleet Sales Admin with rental, credit, and sales documents.
• Input reservations and contracts into DBS; handle renewals and tickets.
• Assist customers in selecting equipment and providing rental options.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving with yard personnel.
• Support customers with invoicing or account information questions.
