Bobcat GDN is seeking a Rental Coordinator to be the frontline ambassador in our rental department. You will greet customers, assess project needs, and match equipment to applications while processing accurate rental agreements and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers in a professional manner
• Understand customer projects, timelines and equipment needs
• Recommend equipment and attachments based on applications
• Prepare and execute rental agreements accurately
• Follow up on quotes and rental opportunities
• Manage scheduling and utilization to maximize revenue
• Inspect equipment before/after rentals for readiness
• Maintain fleet records and locations
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups including trailer logistics
• Work with Service to address maintenance needs
• Collaborate with Sales, Parts, and Service for a seamless experience
• Follow all safety policies
