Job summary

Wagner is seeking a Rental Coordinator to assist customers in selecting the right equipment and to coordinate daily rental transactions. The role emphasizes attention to detail and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating rental processes and invoicing.
• Ability to review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Knowledge of tax handling on invoices (AP/AR).
• Experience with CAT and non-CAT rental workflows.

Responsibilities

• Invoices CAT and non-CAT rentals, damage charges, and demos.
• Process AG, Caterpillar, and non-CAT rentals and invoices accurately.
• Maintain records on rental equipment in the fleet.
• Apply applicable taxes to invoices.
• Review shipping documents from branches for accuracy.
• Assist Sales Admin with rental, credit, and sales docs.
• Input lost-sales rental data into the system.
• Use DBS to manage reservations, contracts, and transfers.
• Handle overdue contracts and expired reservations.
