Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. in Carbondale, CO is seeking a Rental Coordinator to help customers select the right machine and coordinate daily rental transactions. The role emphasizes accuracy in invoicing and teamwork within a professional dealership environment.

The position offers pay between $22.00 and $26.00 per hour plus a 15% location differential, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth. Must have a High School Diploma or GED and prior rental or service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a customer service role preferred.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 1 year experience in a heavy equipment or rental environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Invoices rental transactions, charges, and demos for CAT and non-CAT equipment.
• Process AG, CAT, and non-CAT rentals and invoices accurately.
• Maintain records on all rental equipment in use or transferred.
• Ensure correct taxes are applied to invoices.
• Assist with shipping/receiving documents and rental paperwork.
• Input reservations, contracts, and rental data into DBS system.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving with yard personnel.
• Assist customers in selecting equipment and options.
