Job summary

Lonestar Forklift is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our Austin, Texas team. You will manage rental requests within an assigned territory and coordinate with the Service department to prioritize shop items.

You will support Sales Representatives for current customers, maintain key account relationships by phone, and handle contracts, billing, and quoting while monitoring market changes in your territory. onsite role based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of related work experience in a sales or a customer service environment.
• Post-secondary education in business, sales, operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Microsoft CRM is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Lonestar Forklift is looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating equipment rentals within an assigned territory.

As a Rental Coordinator for Lonestar, your key responsibilities will include:

The base pay for this role is: $50,000 to $56,000 per year depending on experience, plus bonuses.

This is an onsite role based in Austin, Texas.
