Lonestar Forklift, Inc. in Houston, Texas is hiring a dynamic Parts Technical Sales Representative.

You will work closely with the Service department to provide exceptional sales support and maintain parts inventory, driving branch revenue and customer satisfaction. Essential duties include offering multiple pricing and availability options, managing key customer accounts, and coordinating parts ordering and delivery with the team.

Qualifications

• Parts sales experience preferred.
• Technical experience with lift trucks or aerial work platforms preferred.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer service mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts products to achieve branch revenue and margin targets.

The Opportunity

Lonestar Forklift is looking for a dynamic Parts Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be working closely with the Service department and will be responsible for providing excellent sales support to customers and maintaining parts inventory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Sell parts products to achieve branch revenue and margin targets
• Provide customers multiple solutions in terms of parts pricing and availability
• Manage key Parts customer accounts, communicating frequently with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and process customer credits in a timely manner
• Work closely with Parts and Service teams to organize the ordering and delivery of parts
• Identify and request parts to add to branch inventory

Required Skills & Qualifications

The base pay range for this role is: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
