Job summary

Lonestar Forklift in Houston, Texas is seeking a dynamic Parts Technical Sales Representative to join our service-focused team. You will support customers, manage parts inventory, and work closely with the Service department to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has parts sales experience, understands lift trucks or aerial work platforms, and is proficient with MS Office. Onsite role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Parts sales experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge of lift trucks or aerial work platforms helpful.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts products to achieve branch revenue and margin targets.
• Provide customers with pricing and availability solutions.
• Manage key Parts customer accounts and communicate regularly for satisfaction.
• Follow up on quotes and process credits promptly.
• Coordinate with Parts and Service teams for orders and delivery.
• Identify parts to add to branch inventory.

The Opportunity

Lonestar Forklift is looking for a dynamic Parts Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be working closely with the Service department and will be responsible for providing excellent sales support to customers and maintaining parts inventory.

As the Parts Technical Sales Representative for Lonestar, your key responsibilities will include:

• Sell parts products to achieve branch revenue and margin targets
• Provide customers multiple solutions in terms of parts pricing and availability
• Manage key Parts customer accounts, communicating frequently with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and process customer credits in a timely manner
• Work closely with Parts and Service teams to organize the ordering and delivery of parts
• Identify and request parts to add to branch inventory

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Parts sales experience is strongly preferred
• Technical experience with lift trucks or aerial work platforms preferred
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously
• Valid driver’s license

The base pay range for this role is: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.

This is an onsite role based in Houston, Texas.
