The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales or customer service, solid MS Office skills, and CRM experience. This onsite position offers competitive pay ($50,000–$56,000 annually) plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related work experience in a sales or a customer service environment.
• Post-secondary education in business, sales, operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Microsoft CRM is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external rentals requests within a designated territory.

The Opportunity

Lonestar Forklift is looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating equipment rentals within an assigned territory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As a Rental Coordinator for Lonestar, your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage internal and external rentals requests within a designated territory
• Partner with internal Service department employees to prioritize shop items
• Support Sales Representatives with current customers and manage key account relationships over the phone; ensure leads are captured and monitor fleet utilization
• Administer contracts and monitor billing of machinery on rentals
• Manage quoting and territory market changes

The base pay for this role is: $50,000 to $56,000 per year depending on experience, plus bonuses.
