Lonestar Forklift, Inc. is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team in Austin, Texas. The role focuses on managing and coordinating equipment rentals within an assigned territory, aligning with our service and sales teams to optimize fleet utilization.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales or customer service, solid MS Office skills, and CRM experience. This onsite position offers competitive pay ($50,000–$56,000 annually) plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related work experience in a sales or a customer service environment.
• Post-secondary education in business, sales, operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Microsoft CRM is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external rentals requests within a designated territory.
• Partner with internal Service department employees to prioritize shop items.
• Support Sales Representatives with current customers and manage key account relationships over the phone; ensure leads are captured and monitor fleet utilization.
• Administer contracts and monitor billing of machinery on rentals.
• Manage quoting and territory market changes.
