Job summary

Lonestar Forklift in Houston, Texas, is seeking a dynamic Parts Technical Sales Representative to join our team. You will work with the Service department to provide outstanding sales support and manage parts inventory.

The role emphasizes selling parts to hit revenue targets, offering pricing options, maintaining key customer accounts, and coordinating with Parts and Service teams to order and deliver parts.

Qualifications

• Parts sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Technical experience with lift trucks or aerial work platforms preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident self-starter able to work autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts to achieve branch revenue and margin targets.
• Provide customers multiple solutions for pricing and availability.
• Manage key Parts customer accounts, communicating frequently with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and process customer credits in a timely manner.
• Work closely with Parts and Service teams to organize the ordering and delivery of parts.
• Identify and request parts to add to branch inventory.

The Opportunity

The base pay range for this role is: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.

This is an onsite role based in Houston, Texas.
