Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location in Las Vegas. You will lead a team to ensure daily tasks are completed and performance targets are met, while training new hires and delivering outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to policies, and adaptability to changing schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 21+, with a valid license and prior supervisory experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels


• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success


• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers


• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus


• Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates


• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills


• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time


• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation


• Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required

What we require:

• Valid driver's license (non CDL)


• A clean driving record is great but not required


• 21 years of age or older


• HS Diploma or GED


• Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous supervisory experience


• Have experience driving a variety of vehicles


• Flexible with schedule to work night, weekends and holidays as needed
