Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location in Fort Lauderdale. Lead your team to complete daily tasks and meet performance standards while delivering professional service to customers.

You will train new hires, provide reports on performance targets, enforce safety policies, and adapt to changing schedules including nights, weekends and holidays. Valid driver's license and HS diploma or GED are required, with 1–2 years of supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license (non CDL) is required.
• Experience driving a variety of vehicles is beneficial.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels
• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
• Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates
• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required
