Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at an airport location to lead a team and drive performance. You will ensure daily tasks are completed, train new hires, and uphold safety, service, and company values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Valid (non-CDL) drivers license.
• 21+ years old with HS Diploma or GED.
• Experience driving a variety of vehicles.
• Able to work night, weekends, and holidays.

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is looking for the next great leader as a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels
• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
• Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates
• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required
