Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location. You will lead the team to complete daily tasks and drive performance, oversee training, and ensure outstanding service to customers.

This role requires driving safety, adherence to policies, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will report on performance targets and adapt to changing schedules while representing MLS values and culture.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience required (1–2 years).
• Must have valid driver's license (non CDL) and clean driving record preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience driving a variety of vehicles.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels
• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
• Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates
• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required
