Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location to lead a team, drive performance, and ensure safety and customer service standards.

You will train new hires, monitor daily tasks, report on performance targets, and adapt to schedule changes, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels


• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success


• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers


• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus


• Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates


• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills


• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time


• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation


• Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required
