Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location. This role leads a team to meet performance standards and ensures exceptional service to customers, while upholding safety policies and company values.

The position requires supervision experience, a valid non-CDL license, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. HS diploma or GED is required, with the ability to drive a variety of vehicles.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license (non CDL).
• 21 years of age or older.
• Experience driving a variety of vehicles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels
• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
• Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates
• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
