Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location to lead a team, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will train new hires, enforce safety policies, and report on performance targets while adapting to schedule changes and varied duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license (non CDL).
• 21 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Experience driving a variety of vehicles.
• Flexible with night, weekend and holiday schedules.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels
• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
• Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates
• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required
