Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location. You will lead a team to complete daily tasks, provide training, and deliver excellent customer service while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a valid non-CDL license, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. HS diploma or GED is required and a clean driving record is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous supervisory experience
• HS Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license (non CDL)
• A clean driving record is great but not required
• 21 years of age or older
• Have experience driving a variety of vehicles
• Flexible with schedule to work night, weekends and holidays as needed

• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required
