• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with degree, or 8+ years automotive/maintenance experience without degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate all service activities to meet customer schedules and goals.
• Manage performance against financial goals and metrics.
• Check and report on service status and eliminate delays and parts shortages.
• Manage workforce headcount, schedules, payroll, and employee relations.
• Manage accurate inventory levels and part tracking.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities and employee training needs.
• Drive root cause corrective action to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Ensure adequate supply of tools, equipment, and materials for efficient location operations.
• Assist with recommendations regarding workplace layouts, service methods and efficiencies by auditing operations to improve service flow and reduce costs.
• Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.
