Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required OR years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Years of Experience: 5+ years with degree or 8+ years automotive/maintenance experience without degree.
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all service activities to meet customer schedules and goals.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics.
• Check and report on status of service and act to eliminate delays and parts shortages.
• Manage workforce headcount, schedules, payroll, and employee relations.
• Manage inventory levels and part tracking.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities and training needs.
• Drive root cause corrective action to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Ensure adequate supply of tools, equipment, and materials for location operations.
• Advise on workplace layouts, service methods and efficiencies by auditing operations.
• Foster talent development through career planning, performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding.
