Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking an Assistant Station Manager at DEN to lead service operations, manage schedules, payroll, and inventory, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with automotive/maintenance background and knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and generators.

The position offers competitive base pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth, with a pay range of $62,000–$115,200 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience required, OR HS Diploma/GED with 8+ years in automotive/maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Must possess a valid driver license and comply with TSV policies.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport issued ID badge.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Diesel Engines, Electrical systems, Hydraulics, and Generators.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all service activities to meet customer schedules and goals.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics.
• Check and report on status of service and act to eliminate delays and parts shortages.
• Manage workforce headcount, schedules, payroll, and employee relations (discipline).
• Manage accurate inventory levels and part tracking.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities and employee training needs.
• Drive root cause corrective action to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Ensure adequate supply of tools, equipment, and materials for location operations.
• Assist with improving service flow and reducing costs by auditing operations.
