• Associate degree in Business preferred or HS diploma with 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Experience managing the administrative component of a sale from lead to invoicing using CRM/ERP.
• Strong math and computer skills; proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Renewal Sales Account Manager to meet revenue targets.
• Monitor expiring maintenance contracts and create renewal quotes.
• Prepare quotes 90-120 days before expiration and obtain discount approvals.
• Review renewal quotes for accuracy before submission.
• Keep CRM data up to date with opportunity attributes.
• Assist with PO reconciliation in CRM.
• Support sales cycle follow-up and document updates.
• Identify buying influences for renewal quotes/SFDC opportunities.
• Communicate renewal quoting challenges to internal teams.
• Provide source quoting documentation to Renewal Sales Account Manager.
• Other duties to advance sales cycles.
