• Review and verify upgrades executed by field and Inside Account teams.
• Coordinate with Renewal, Sales and Finance to align co-term dates.
• Verify pricing and data accuracy in Pure internal tools.
• Process installed base requests for field teams.
• Lead data-related renewal reporting projects.
• Create Renewal opportunities in Salesforce with quotes.
