Job summary

Aaron’s is looking for a Customer Account Advisor to build relationships with customers, manage payment appointments, and drive lease renewals in Louisiana. The role combines phone and in-person interactions to help customers move toward ownership.

The position offers an hourly wage of $12.25–$13.00 with incentive pay based on performance, and opportunities for career advancement in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; up to 300 lbs with a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts in the store system and documenting payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, in home or by phone.
• Promote timely lease renewal payments and benefits.
• Assist in meeting daily, weekly and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Support with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Safely operate company vehicle and maintain route sheets.
