Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Customer Account Advisor in the United States to coach customers on lease agreements, drive renewal payments, and build relationships over the phone and in person. The role emphasizes inbound/outbound contact, quality service, and meeting revenue targets in a dynamic retail environment.

The position requires strong communication, empathy, and multitasking skills, with safety and company asset protection as core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Uphold the Aaron's Brand and protect company assets.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store computer system and documenting payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreements, in home visits and by phone.
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments.
• Assist with setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle and operate vehicle safely.
