Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and renewals while building strong customer relationships by phone and in person. This role contributes to ownership goals and enhances customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

The position offers an hourly wage with performance-based incentive pay, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with policy.
• DOT certification if required at location.
• Ability to work hours 8:00–21:00.
• Lift up to 50 lbs solo and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Accounts Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by contacting customers via phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and operate company vehicle safely.
