Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States. The role focuses on driving payments and renewing lease agreements by helping customers understand benefits and ensuring satisfaction with merchandise.

You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership while meeting daily revenue and renewal goals in a high-energy, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT certification may be required in location.
• Able to work 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load, secure products and operate company vehicle safely.
• Inspect and certify returned merchandise.
