Job summary

Aaron’s in the United States is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and renewals by explaining lease benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with their product. You will build relationships with our customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and comply with Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification may be required in location.
• Work hours vary from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and transport product safely using company vehicle.
• Inspect and certify returned merchandise.
