The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States to coach customers, drive payments, and renew leases to move customers closer to ownership.

You will engage over the phone and in person to ensure satisfaction and maintain account integrity. The role emphasizes relationship building, payment scheduling, and assisting customers with ownership goals while upholding Aaron’s brand and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old in the US.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification as required by location (US).
• Able to work hours from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements.
