Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor in Georgia to coach customers toward ownership by managing lease renewals and payment collections. The role involves building relationships with customers over the phone and in store, promoting timely renewals, and meeting revenue targets.

You will update customer information, handle deliveries and returns as needed, and support the sales team in achieving daily to monthly goals. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Directly contact customers who have not renewed leases both in person and by phone.
• Encourage timely lease renewals and meet revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager with daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Support merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and vehicle maintenance tasks.
