Job summary

Aaron’s in Greenville, SC is hiring a Customer Account Advisor who builds relationships over the phone and in person to drive lease renewals and collections. You will maintain customer accounts, schedule payments, and support the sales team to meet daily goals.

The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to handle difficult conversations. Eligible for incentive pay; benefits include PTO and standard benefits as described in Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license in the US.
• Incentive pay based on performance is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts in store system and document all payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed Lease agreements via in-home visits and phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for items returned.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets daily.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle; safely operate the vehicle.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed and perform other duties as requested by management.
