Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor in Pooler, GA. This role involves building relationships with customers over the phone and in person to drive lease renewals and payments, and to help customers move toward ownership.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and a high-energy approach to meet daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals, with travel and in-store duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License and DOT requirements as applicable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store computer system.
• Direct contact with customers for lease renewals and payments.
• Explain benefits of timely lease payments and renewals.
• Assist with revenue and renewal goals as directed by management.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle and route paperwork and safety checks.
