Job summary

VARITE INC in Lehi, Utah is seeking an Associate Sales Operations Analyst 3 for a hybrid role. You will support renewal analytics, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Systems to optimize renewal performance.

This 4-month contract (with possible extension) will involve data integrity, pipeline analytics, and using tools like D365, Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to drive actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Proven experience with renewal metrics and renewal processes.
Hands-on experience with CRM/BI tools (D365/Salesforce, Power BI, Clari, Excel).
Strong cross-functional problem solving and program management.

Responsibilities

Conduct renewal performance analysis and partner with Sales to build action plans.
Own renewal forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and QBRs for flawless execution.
Collaborate with Renewal leaders on territory design, quota setting, and capacity planning.
Work with Sales, CSM, Finance, and Systems to drive renewal performance.
Identify operational challenges in renewal motions and resolve data issues.
Implement AI tools to streamline forecasting and analytics.
