Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking an Associate Sales Operations Analyst 3 in Lehi, UT (Hybrid) for a contract role from 2026-10-05 to 2027-01-29. You will lead renewals analytics, own the operational cadence, and collaborate with Sales, CSM, Finance, and Systems to improve renewal performance.

The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, a business-related degree, and hands-on expertise with D365/Salesforce, Power BI, Clari, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Math, or related field.
• Deep fluency in renewal metrics (renewal rate, ARR, GNARR, churn, expansion attribution) and related operational levers.
• Hands-on experience with D365 or Salesforce, Power BI, Clari, and Excel at a proficient level.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional problem solving and program management across Sales, CSM, Finance, and Systems.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data to influence decisions and present to senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools/agents (examples cited: Copilot, Claude, custom GPTs) and a builder's mindset for automation and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Renewals Operations: Conduct renewal performance analysis and partner with Sales to develop and execute retention and GNARR action plans.
• Run-the-Business: Own forecast calls, pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and deal inspection processes; drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Territory & Capacity Planning: Support territory design, quota setting, capacity planning, and book-of-business assignments across segments and clouds.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, CSM, Deal Desk, Finance, and Systems to resolve data integrity, stage definition, and policy edge-case issues.
• AI & Automation: Implement and scale AI tools and infrastructure to improve forecasting, deal inspection, and pipeline analytics.
