Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Valid insurance license (or must be obtained within 90 days).
• Continued CE requirements for license renewal.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, Medicare.

Responsibilities

• Initiates renewal projects on assigned accounts, reviews information for renewal analysis and marketing.
• Evaluates carrier utilization reporting to identify cost drivers and plan changes.
• Coordinates renewal challenges with underwriters and drafts financial summaries.
• Creates and updates financial reporting packages from templates as needed.
• Conducts provider network analysis and utilization benchmarking.
• Presents renewal results to the account team and assists in strategy development.
