Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Lead Renewal Operations Analyst to own and improve high‑volume renewal workflows across distributor, marketplace, and partner channels. You will execute operational tasks while continuously refining processes and data quality in Salesforce and related systems.

Collaborating with Renewals, Partner, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, you will drive automation, dashboards, and risk‑based actions to support timely renewal execution globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience managing renewal, order, contract, partner, or revenue workflows across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong Salesforce experience, including opportunity management, data hygiene, reporting, dashboards, and workflow tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and build scalable operating models.
• Experience with revenue platforms and multi‑region renewal operations.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operational management of renewal portfolios across distributors, marketplace and partner channels.
• Ensure renewal opportunities are created, maintained, and progressed through the workflow timely.
• Monitor expirations, stalled renewals, and aging opportunities to mitigate renewal risks.
• Design and improve scalable renewal workflows and AI‑assisted automation to reduce manual effort.
