Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification may be required in some locations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and history in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on collections and renewals by phone or in-person.
• Support merchandise returns, guest deliveries and route sheets.
