The Aaron’s Company, Inc. in the United States seeks a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payment collections and lease renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with the product.

You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to help move them toward ownership, with a base hourly wage of $13.25–$14.00 and eligibility for incentive pay based on performance.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old for U.S. positions; 18+ in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and compliant with Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification may be required depending on location.
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load, secure products and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
