Job summary

Zone & Company Software Consulting LLC is seeking a Renewal Manager to own the renewal lifecycle for a global portfolio. You will be the primary contact for renewal activities, conduct pre-renewal health reviews, deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and address churn risks.

This role is fully remote with a fast-paced, high-trust environment. Ideal candidates have 1-2+ years in renewals or customer success within SaaS, strong commercial acumen, and experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and DocuSign.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in renewals, customer success, account management, or services sales in a SaaS environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing churn risk and win-back strategies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ tools, DocuSign, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the renewal lifecycle for a global portfolio, serving as primary contact for all renewal activities.
