Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of reporting experience.
• 3 to 5 years of Salesforce and renewal experience.
• 3 to 5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and workflows.
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Serve as main contact for Client Management during renewal processes.
• Coach and guide team members through training and support.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and mitigate risks.
• Provide status updates and elevate issues for timely resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Lead small internal initiatives to improve renewal and reporting workflows.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to build a high-performing team.
