Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of reporting experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience working with Salesforce and the insurance renewal process.
• 3 to 5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renewal processes, reporting-related programs, and operational workflows to ensure delivery.
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Management throughout renewal process and maintain relationships.
• Coach and guide team members through training and day-to-day support.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and support mitigation planning.
• Provide status updates and address operational concerns to support timely resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency and scalability.
• Lead internal initiatives to improve renewal and reporting team effectiveness and consistency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a high-performing team environment.
