Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Renewal and Reporting Team Lead to oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and case workflows. The role requires strong knowledge of RnR operations, Salesforce case management, and cross‑functional partnership to ensure work is delivered accurately and on time.

You will lead daily case discussions, mentor team members, gather requirements, and drive process improvements. Preference for experience with Salesforce and Tableau, renewal lifecycle, and health insurance

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of reporting experience.
• 3–5 years with Salesforce and the renewal process.
• 3–5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.
• Experience managing or guiding complex renewal/workflow in a case-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Growth mindset with agility and ability to develop others.
• Strong execution and delivery skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to coach team members with real process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee renewal processes, reporting-related programs, and operational workflows to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead daily case call discussions and review complex Salesforce cases to support timely resolution and consistent execution.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Client Management throughout the renewal process, maintaining strong relationships.
• Coach and guide team members through training, education, and day-to-day support to strengthen adoption of renewal processes.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, identify risks, and support mitigation planning.
• Provide regular status updates and elevate issues to support timely resolution.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and best practices for efficiency and quality.
• Lead and support small internal initiatives to improve renewal and reporting team effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a high-performing team environment.
