Sonatype is seeking a Renewal Specialist to proactively manage on-time renewal of software subscriptions, coordinate expansions, and protect revenue. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Accounting to review renewal terms, usage data, and history to select the best renewal path while protecting profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high‑volume renewal environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to discuss contract compliance, expansions, and pricing with customers.
• Extreme attention to detail to ensure accurate and on‑time paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to efficiently close renewals and related expansions.
• Review renewal information, usage data, and history to agree on renewal options.
• Identify future renewals and engage customers well before expiration to ensure on‑time execution.
• Educate customers on relevant subscription options based on goals.
• Coordinate renewal quotes and ordering documents per Sonatype policies.
• Help ensure customers are successful and delighted with Sonatype products and services.
