Job summary

Sonatype is seeking a Renewal Specialist to proactively drive on-time software subscription renewals. You will monitor contract terms, engage with customers to retain and expand the Sonatype footprint, and handle non-routine renewal situations with seasoned judgment.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to close renewals and expansions, review renewal data and usage history, and educate customers on renewal options aligned to their goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume activity environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to discuss contract compliance, expansions, and product pricing with customers.
• Extreme attention to detail to ensure contract paperwork is accurate and timely.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive on-time completion of software subscription renewals.
• Review renewal information, usage data, and history to align renewal options.
• Coordinate renewal quotes and ordering documents per company policies.
