Job summary

Sonatype is seeking a Renewal Specialist to proactively manage renewals and expansions of software subscriptions. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Accounting to secure on-time renewals, review usage data, and educate customers on renewal options.

Ideal candidates will handle high-volume tasks, discuss contract terms and pricing with customers, and work with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume activity environment managing multiple priorities and competing demands while focusing on the primary goal.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to efficiently close a set of renewals and related expansions
• Review customer renewal information, usage data, and subscription history to ensure mutual agreement on renewal options
• Proactively identify future renewals, connecting with the customer before expiration to ensure on-time renewals
• Educate customers on relevant subscription options based on current and future product goals
• Coordinate the preparation of renewal quotes and ordering documents per company policies
• Help ensure customers are successful and delighted with Sonatype products and services
