Job summary

Sonatype, the software supply chain security company, is seeking an early-career Renewal Specialist to own on-time renewals and foster expansion with customers in the United States.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to close renewals and expansions, review renewal data and subscription history, and proactively reach out before expiration to safeguard relationships and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume environments with multiple priorities.
• Ability to discuss contract compliance, expansions, and pricing.
• Strong preference for candidates in EST or CST.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to close renewals and expansions.
• Review customer renewal information, usage data, and subscription history.
• Proactively connect with customers before expiration to ensure on-time execution.
